Brain works just like a muscle in our body and Your brain needs exercise just like a muscle. Research has shown that it changes and gets stronger when you use it. Playing some type of games also helps in improving brain and brain activity. Therefore I have included some interesting games in my site like chess, sudoku, word-games etc. which help to think more so that brain will work faster and becomes more agile.
